Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Renewly iOS application ("Renewly", "the app", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using Renewly, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Renewly on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Service and these Terms.

Your Data & Responsibility

Renewly is a personal tool to help you track your own subscriptions. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter or import. Renewly does not connect to your bank, cancel subscriptions on your behalf, or process any payments to third parties. Reminders are provided as a convenience and may be affected by device settings, notification permissions, or system limitations — you remain responsible for managing your own subscriptions and charges.

Purchases

Renewly is free to download and includes an optional one-time "Lifetime Pro" unlock that removes the free-tier limits and enables additional features. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. The Lifetime Pro unlock is a one-time, non-recurring purchase — it is not a subscription. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policies.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, interfere with, or disrupt the app except to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Renewly is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reminders will always be delivered on time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, money, or missed charges or cancellations, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the app.

Changes to the App and Terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the app at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the developer's place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
